 My name is Terri MacKinnon a.k.a.  Fishergirl and I am a Online Woman’s magazine Editor, Professional Angler, Photographer, Poker  Player, mother and most importantly friend and wife.  I have spent the past couple years fishing competitively on the Women’s Bassmaster Tour and U.S Angler Choice Pro Team events.  I have enjoyed the opportunites that it has allowed me and the challenges that it has made me face.

My passion consists of being on any body of water that I can cast my rod.  I love to  be in the outdoors and appreciate what it offers both physically and mentally.  I hope that I am able to provide some tips and stories of my ventures as I explore the new waterways.

 I love to spend my time also with my 2 other passions - Photography and Poker. 

 My photography is always an extension of the outdoors and how beautiful our surroundings can be.  To have the opportunity to capture some amazing sunrises and sunsets is as exciting as catching that beautiful 6 lb. bass.  I love having the opportunity to explore and snap my pictures as I travel and fish.  The two go together so well.

I also have a huge love for the game of Poker.  Having won a seat to Las Vegas to play on the Mansion Poker Dome final table challenge was a poker players dream come true and only makes me want to have another opportunity to try my hand at beating the big boys again.  One day my goal is to collect One special braclet.  Hope to see you at the poker tables.
